Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. Parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. His birth date was the 1st February 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school. There, with three other students, he created the group he was a part of, White Eskimo. The group won at the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to the excellent performance. He was always interested in music. However, he always wanted to become an attorney or a physical therapy. To help support his family, he spent a short time working part-time as a baker in the local area. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's track Is not She Lovely. The reason for this is that his group was split. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he become member of the new group, One Direction. The others were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of this band, which began in 2010. The group sang songs such as My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. The group was one of the possible winners to win the award. They ended up third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle.
